Birds of Prey

vicious storm beat down the desert
a kind of creature's trapped in agony
burning in hell like cursed by wizard
the last groan was to ensure destiny

the smell of carrion'd not yet arrived
but birds of prey started resurrecting
didn't care how bad to death it starved
the call of bloody supper's reverberating

supper's ready
rip the corroded skin out
supper's ready
chop the rotten flesh out

affection faded and turned into torture
when the afternoon sky's getting darker
they wanted to draw a bloodbathed picture
on the dry ground, on the field of slaughter

the shade of life and death's been gone
hot air's flowing into the ripped brain
those birds of prey show the destination
where the poor beast will be out of pain


Dance

running in joy, romping around in the snow
searching for new toy, they don't wanna be too slow

climb up the trees, just try to seek the hiding sun
maybe it freezes, maybe it's running out of fun

don't wait too long for the game
we'll dance in the winter frost
set the iced ground all aflame
till' the dying time is lost

we'll keep dancing with the hail
sing along like northern birds
looking for the summer trail

look through the window, the war game isn't yet over
weeping willow is still sleeping under white cover

gust of wind swept everything weak on the ground
some footsteps against it made a different scene
a tombstone with broken epitaph watched a stranger
and tried to remind everyone of neglected years

along the old forgotten sites
those lonely steps wanted to wake the deaths
and over the ancient-wooden trees
birds of prey seemed to find a long-awaited guest

the gate's opened wide like since thousands years
pieces of bricks were scattered on the dying grass
those slow heavy paces shook the silent stones
it's not a newborn grave digger who came around

it was long time since the last burial
there's no tears flooding on the dry yard
and those lights on the surrounding wall
started dying down in the death of night

some withered flowers still gave few traces
bout how much someone took care of this life
nobody remembered faces inside the stones
now the requiem no more echoes in the air


Outshined

beating my soul, driving me blind

The evil storm easily enraged

driven into insanity

with devilish charm

bestial missions

the sky is still snowing
it's a december-like scene
I see outside my door
and the warmth of sushine
is slowly gone but something remains
